Founder and Managing Director of Touchstone.   Judith is an experienced change agent, recognised for her ability to unlock organisations, freeing up the performance potential of leaders and managers.   Judith has considerable experience in  leadership and senior management roles in the public sector, leading and managing both major change programmes and service delivery in complex political environments.  She has worked closely with a large volunteer workforce and has significant experience of working directly to non-executive boards, with the ability to attain credibility quickly.  She has led the development of strategies for creating high performance, increased personal effectiveness, positively impacting on culture and staff motivation.  
She is experienced in using Action Learning and Coaching to underpin leadership development, organisational change, process & service improvement.   Recent projects in the public sector include Local Government, NHS, Crown Prosecution Service working at senior and middle manager level using coaching, group coaching and action learning.   In the private sector Judith works with a range of clients, from small to medium sized enterprises to large mulitnationals.   The thing they all have in common is people

 

Christie Miller

As a gifted communicator and highly skilled project manager, coupled with her background in Performing Arts, Christie has used her knowledge to bring about system improvements in huge corporations such as BP Oil International.  However she has also facilitated change in lives of young people at risk, using theatre as a means for them to express themselves, learn about entrepreneurialism and create a solid business or educational future for themselves.  She has trained individuals in public speaking, confidence and leadership skills at all levels.  She is also an accomplished writer on business-related topics.  She has lived and worked in Canada and now resides in the UK.

 

Lola Fayemi

Lola has experience in senior management roles wthin the recruitment industry, leading teams turning over millions of pounds every year and developing management calibre staff. 

She has held positions in HR and coaching within the Public Sector, Wellbeing and Rail industries with specific focus on training and coaching staff to increase retention and increase performance. 

Lola is trained by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Coaches Training Institute completing their globally respected Intermediate programme

 

Matt Horan

Experienced management executive who is known for his ability to increase performance by getting individuals and teams to operate at peak levels.  Matt has considerable experience in leadership and senior management roles in the home building industry, as a practicing attorney and as a naval officer. 

He has been consistently recognized for assembling and leading top performing teams, as well as for his strategic thinking and creative problem solving.  As a trainer, he has delivered workshops on leadership, personal development and teamwork to managers from a wide variety of organizations including: Abbey, Accenture, AIG, BP, British Gas, BT, Credit Suisse, Danone, Diesel, Fortis Investments, the Home Office, HMV, HSBC, Lloyds, NET-A-PORTER, and VocaLink.

He has also served on the Board of Directors for various trade and artistic organizations.  Matt obtained his law degree from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. 

He is United States citizen and resident of the United Kingdom who is authorized to work in the United Kingdom via the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme.

 

John McGuire

John is an experienced coach and change manager, offering strong practitioner skills in management across the public and private sectors. 

He has held senior positions with public sector bodies and was a Director of Consulting with the Capita Group Plc.

John has directed and delivered major programmes for a wide range of clients across the UK and has supported organisations with transformation and service improvement.   His many projects include performance improvement and re-engineering, option appraisal and service change, all with a focus on improving quality, reducing cost and delivering benefit for clients and end user customers.

John is an experienced executive coach and clients include the Chief Executive and senior team at the Metropolitan Police Authority, local housing companies and public sector bodies.

 

 

Alan Bridge

A Senior Consultant and Subject Matter Expert engaged on various law enforcement projects including Post Conflict Capacity Building, Strategic Management, Executive Coaching, Budgetary Control, Advice to NATO Commanders on Law Enforcement in the Peace Keeping Context, Conference Facilitation and High Potential Officer Assessment and Selection
Alan has a depth of experience gained from participation at ‘board level’ in two large public sector organisations. He held the Human Resources and Training and Development portfolios in both Greater Manchester Police and West Mercia Constabulary for a total of 9 years. Alan undertook, with other Chief Officers, the collective strategic responsibility for corporate governance and organisational direction and oversight. In addition, he had specific responsibilities which included recruitment, selection and retention, Training and Leadership Development, Discipline and Complaints, Professional Standards, Health and Safety, Criminal Justice, Custody Policy, Vetting and Disclosure, and the Force Solicitors Department.
Alan was the National Secretary for the UK Association of Chief Police Officers Professional Standards (internal affairs and anti corruption) Committee, coordinating national business for a five-year period.    He became an Associate Tutor to the International Academy Bramshill Police Staff College in 2008.

Alan is one of a number of appointed ‘Chairs’ of Doctors and Dentists Appeal Panels and was recently appointed as a Chair and Panel member of the Fitness to Practice Panel for Nurses and Midwives. Alan is an Assessor for Police National Assessment Centre. (Selection of High Potential officers and Senior Ranks) and sits as a Trustee on the West Mercia Probation Care Trust
