Online 360 deg appraisals

360-degree feedback, also known as multi-rater feedback, peer appraisal or 360 degree appraisal, is designed to provide balanced feedback, drawing on feed back from a range of people. Using our on line system you are rated on your performance by people who know something about you and your work. You complete your own self-assessment which is compared against feedback from your colleagues, direct reports, peers, managers, customers or clients, in fact anybody whose opinion you respect and who is familiar with you and your work can be included in the feedback process. This multi-source approach can give real insight into how different groups see you as a person.
Using 360 degree feedback as part of the annual staff appraisal and development process can bring some serious benefits to both your business and your people
- People gain much better self awareness by learning how their colleagues perceive them .
People generally like 360 degree feedback. They take things less personally and are more likely to take on board what's been said. - It helps people understand how their behaviour influences both their own personal effectiveness and how they impact the smooth running of the organisation.
- It improves communication within the organisation and encourages a more open culture where giving and receiving constructive feedback is the norm.
- It is a very powerful driver for change both for individuals and organisations as a whole.
As we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint our process is paperless, simple to use and you can be up and running in minutes.

DISC
Extended DISC Personal Profiling
We also use a product called Extended DISC in support of our facilitation of individual and team development. We find this an extremely effective and powerful tool in individual and team development through raising personal and team awareness of styles within groups.
Briefly, a Personal Extended DISC Profile uses a self-assessment learning tool, commonly referred to as a survey or inventory. A report is produced and we give one-to one feedback on the results. From there, we can focus subsequent coaching and personal development plans to best effect.
The 28 question Extended DISC is not a ‘test’ that one can pass or fail. It indicates preferred behavioural patterns and tendencies within four dimensions; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness. DISC profiles show the relative strength of each of these behavioural approaches and expresses overall behavioural style as one of 15 patterns.
We delight in bringing the magic of our skills and experience to help you create magic in your business.
