All too often organisations are torn in two by the political game playing of its senior and middle managers.  It may not be openly categorised as such, but in the final analysis that is what’s created.   Organisations are held back because the senior team is afraid of straight talk.

Action Learning for middle and junior management teams

We know that action learning a powerful learning experience for leaders at all levels in an organisation. The time spent on self reflective learning is immensely powerful in increasing the confidence and capability of managers to lead their teams. We support managers in this regard through either one to one coaching or a form of group coaching that is action learning.
